The first was sexual abuse as a teenager, the second was an abortion in my 30’s and the final one was an emergency C section when i gave birth at 38. Each of these was a shut-down, followed by a deeper awakening into how to heal and rebuild my sexuality, my feminine power, my joy and my trust, all through the inner energy system in my body.
As a healer, coach and spiritual teacher I have been dedicated guiding deep transformation for 1000s of women over the past decade, helping them alchemise conditioning, slay shame and become the woman they dream of in all areas of their lives.
