Motherhood was my awakening — and my unravelling.

The Mama Glow-Up is a 10-week immersive journey, with one live workshop per week (90 minutes) and weekly somatic practices accessed via recordings in your portal.
Weekly sessions are held on Tuesdays, starting the 17th of March at 3.30pm EST/8.30PM GMT/ 9.30 PM CET
There will be two integration weeks to give you time to catch up.

Around 90 minutes per week, plus optional home practices (15 minutes daily). Everything is recorded. You do not need to attend live to get the full transformation.
