The first was sexual abuse as a teenager, the second was an abortion in my 30’s and the final one was an emergency C section when i gave birth at 38. Each of these was a shut-down, followed by a deeper awakening into how to heal and rebuild my sexuality, my feminine power, my joy and my trust, all through the inner energy system in my body.
As a healer, coach and spiritual teacher I have been dedicated to guiding deep transformation for 1000s of women over the past decade, helping them alchemise conditioning, slay shame and become the woman they dream of in all areas of their lives.

Origins is a 13-week immersive journey, with one live workshop per week (90 minutes) and weekly somatic practices accessed via recordings in your portal.
Weekly sessions are held on Mondays, starting the 19th of January at 3.30pm EST/8.30PM GMT/ 9.30 PM CET
There will be two integration weeks to give you time to catch up.

Every session is recorded and uploaded to your private portal.
The medicine works across time — women often experience equally deep transformation with replays.➤ Time commitment?
Around 90 minutes per week, plus optional home practices (15 minutes daily). Everything is recorded. You do not need to attend live to get the full transformation.
You’ll also have lifetime access through downloadable recordings, so you can revisit this work during any season of your life.
